A young fairy contemplates life in KIngdom’s Advent

Welcome to Kingdom, a fairytale world of grand fantasy consisting of endangered pixies as well as industrious giants, wishing wells and imprisoned towns, sorcery and swordsmanship—and cursed corsets too. This collection offers up an ambitious young fairy who learns a secret that will change her life, a virtuous girl trying to make a living in a community harboring evil creatures, outcast dwarfs with loving hearts, and a princess who despises anyone who would save her life. Set among such diverse locations as Faerie Forest with its sparkling lights, a town of only criminal population, and a farm where a runaway stepdaughter is welcomed, the legends of triumphant heroes and foul villains are captured within these six short stories.

Kingdom’s Advent is a collection of short stories and my third novel. The stories capture events preceding my first novel, Kingdom Come.

The six tales of Kingdom’s Advent are represented below. Each title links to a subpage further describing some aspect of Kingdom related to the story. The pages are intended to be read after finishing the stories (spoilers). For key illustration, navigate to this fully illustrated gallery
